Return & Replacement Policy
Each item is made especially for you when your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or colors, or if you simply change your mind.
Please review product descriptions, size guides, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will be happy to arrange a free replacement or refund when the issue qualifies.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo showing the damage or manufacturing error
If the same issue affects multiple items, please include an additional photo or video showing all affected products together in one frame.
You do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically ask you to do so.
Size, Color, and Design Selection
We cannot provide refunds, returns, or replacements when the incorrect size, color, product, or design was selected at checkout. Please double-check all selections before completing your purchase.
For direct-to-garment printed products, the placement of a design may vary by up to 0.5 inches. Small differences within this tolerance are part of the production process and are not considered defects.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or another delivery issue outside our control, complimentary replacement shipping may not be available. A replacement may require an additional charge, and any eligible refund may be partial.
