Cancellation policy
Subscription Memberships
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
If you choose to cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Because subscription fees help support ongoing access to the Village and its offerings, we generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer products that are available for pre-order before they are released.
Payment is collected at the time the order is placed. Estimated shipping or release dates are provided whenever possible but may change due to production schedules, supplier availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before the item enters production or fulfillment. Once production has begun, the order is considered final and can no longer be canceled.
Made-to-Order Products
Many items in our shop are created especially for you after your order is placed.
Because these products are made specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
