Returns & Order Support

Every item in our shop is made especially for you when you place your order. Because of that, we're unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

If something isn't right, though, we're here to help.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date). Include your order number and, if possible, a few photos so we can investigate and make things right.

In most cases, we'll arrange a replacement or refund if an issue is confirmed.

A Note About Color & Printing

Each item is printed individually, and small variations in color or placement can happen from one print run to another. These slight differences are a normal part of the printing process and help make each piece uniquely yours.
