Returns & Order Support
Because each item is made especially for you when you order, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges at this time.That said, we absolutely want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date), and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with:
- Damage during shipping
- Printing or manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items or quantities
Please contact us within 30 days and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos, if possible
In most cases, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Color & Print Variations
Our items are printed individually and made to order. Small variations in color or placement may occur from screen to screen and between print batches. These natural variations are considered normal and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll help investigate and, if needed, arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed or refused, we may ask that shipping costs be repaid before resending the order.
